Basic Maintenance Plan
Once a month a technician logs into your system to ensure that your system is running at optimal levels. This includes updates to your operating system, and antivirus/spyware software. We will perform a system tune-up to ensure system is running properly. Upon completion of the maintenance, a report log will inform the system owner of our findings.
In the event of a service call, we will reduce the hourly rate by the monthly plan rate.
Premium Maintenance Plan
Same as the Basic Maintenance Plan with the following additions:
Once every three months a service visit to backup the computer systems. At this time, the technician will also perform a hardware check and quick cleaning of the system.
Cheap PC
Although the title may say cheap, there is nothing cheap about the parts that come with this system. This system is for those users who have extreme budget constraints and want to get the most from their money. All of the essentials are included for what can be a great starter pc or a replacement to an aging computer. The system comes with a one-year warranty and a three-month Maintenance Plan.
Signature PC

The system comes with a one-year warranty and a six-month Maintenance Plan.
Hardcore PC
For those users who want bragging rights and a monster of a machine that can tackle anything, look no further. The Hardcore PC takes personal computing to the MAX with the top of the line hardware, memory and space. The system is for those who need serious computing power and domination over all other PCs.
